we built a website for
the one-person-shop, the
bedroom studio, the
saturday cake-maker.

not the corporations. not the warehouses. the real people making beautiful things in their homes, down the street, in cities across pakistan.

the manifesto

five things we believe.

  1. 01

    small is the point.

we don't list corporations. we list people. the one-woman candle studio in a bedroom in gulberg. the cake guy with a whatsapp-only shop. the grandmother who crochets the sweetest baby hats you've ever seen.

  2. 02

    humans, not algorithms.

every business on artifind is a real person you can talk to. whatsapp them. dm them on instagram. haggle if you want. ask for a custom colour. that's the whole website.

  3. 03

    local stays local.

we're pakistani. the money stays in pakistan. the craft stays in pakistan. nothing is drop-shipped from a warehouse you'll never see.

  4. 04

    women-owned matters.

over 70% of the businesses here are women-owned. that's not a marketing stat — that's our neighbours, our sisters, our mothers, building things with their hands.

  5. 05

    no fees, no gatekeeping.

we don't take a cut. we don't charge for listings. we don't push ads to the top. we're a directory, not a middleman.

that's it.that's the whole thing.

no venture funding. no growth hacks. just a small team in lahore who wanted a better way to find the makers in their own city — and thought maybe you would too.
